I watched a think media video and was convinced that I also need this adapter for my M50 camera which I am so glad I purchased.  It allows me to put on EF lenses to this camera which is cool so I am not limited to just M50 lenses.

I got this lens because it was the best telephoto lens I could afford. I can use it because I got the Viltrox adapter above and with that adapter, I can use the E.F. style lenses also.

I didn’t know that this camera takes a normal full-size S.D. card so I have used this one for like 2 years now a micro SD card with a full-size S.D. card adapter in it, the adapter that came with this card.

I love my Peloton Bike+ it was delivered to me on May 14th, 2021 and I have ridden it twice every day ever since.

I have this frame wrap thingy to protect the bike from damage from my sweat. It is cheaper now I paid 19.99 for mine.

I have also this Smart Tray from Wise Owl on Amazon at the time this was all that was available for the bike plus on Amazon. I love this tray and use it all the time. There is an ANTI SLIP spot in the middle for a cell phone.

This is the Mat I have under the Peloton that works perfectly. The other lighter grey mat I use to protect the floor from getting scratched by my shoes was free because my Mother already had it.

The seat that the Peloton came with hurt my butt a lot. Peloton did not have a wider one on their site. I tried everything with that seat, a good cover and padded underwear, and nothing helped, eventually I probably would have gotten used to the original seat but I didn’t want to wait for that so I got this seat instead. 

I got these shoes also from Amazon they were cheaper from Amazon, they do run about a half size small but they still fit well. If I was using those shoes all day, I would get the next size up.

I got this adapter because the Peloton Bike Plus has a single USB C output port on the back of the monitor/tablet so I got this adapter from Amazon to convert that type C to a standard type A port and I plugged a tri charger into that USB A port so I can charge any type of device, it is very handy. This adapter fits the bike plus and works perfectly! The screen on the Bike Plus does rotate 360 degrees but it doesn’t spin around 360 degrees. It does 180 degrees 1 way and then 180 degrees the other way. I don’t care about that, I just ride it straight on anyway.

Between the Peloton and this get rid of that stubborn belly fat!

This is Atlas olive oil from Morocco. I get my olive oil from Amazon.com because it is the absolute best. Steven Gundry M.D. sells his olive oil that is from Morocco, but in my view, it is way too expensive so I get this Olive Oil instead. I noticed a couple of things right away, My fingernails and hair started “annoying” me about a week earlier to be cut. Gundry says that the Olive Oil from Morocco is better because the trees that those Olives come from are starved for nutrients so they think that they are dying so they release more polyphenols and that is why Olive Oil from Morocco is better. I also got some labeled shot glasses from Amazon.com to use with this olive Oil. So every day after my 30-minute afternoon ride on my Peloton Bike Plus I drink a single tablespoon of this Evoo

This is the Clear rear bidet system.  This system is awesome and it is very easy to install. I purchased mine in 4/2023 during the beginning of COVID-19 in THE U.S.  (which is going to happen again just with a different name) and everyone was on YouTube was complaining about the stores running out of toilet paper and that did not affect me at all. This attachment works with any style seat and I love that it was so simple to install.

This is Advion cockroach gel. In 2020 when we moved into this home it was perfect looking. So when we moved in, when it got dark the cockroaches would come out. So I looked on YouTube and I found this spray that I got from the Home Depot. I sprayed it everywhere. I used up an entire gallon of the stuff. then the next day, I took off my shoes and socks in my bedroom and was about to go to sleep when I felt something crawl across my bare right foot. I turned the light on and a cockroach was crawling along unharmed right by where my foot was. I decided it was time to get crazy, I was going to get a backpack sprayer and some strong insecticide and spray it everywhere. Then my mother watched a YouTube video and suggested that I try this stuff first and then if I needed to then get the backpack. So I watched that YouTube video also and then I got the Avion stuff. I put it everywhere and like nothing I have ever seen before it works very well. I have only seen two cock roaches since then and they were both very small and dead. The best thing is that I don’t have to cover anything or move anything at all. This is what I did. Every place that I saw a cockroach, I would find the nearest corner and put down a very little bit of this gel about the size of a grain of rice from the tubes that I got. I think it ships with 2 of them and it costs around $30.00 and that is it. That took very good care of that problem. I have lived in Florida for over 40 years now and I have never seen such a solution for cockroaches work so well.
